Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AllGen, operated by REPSAPP AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using AllGen at allgen.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

AllGen is an AI-powered content automation platform that generates blog posts, scripts, voice-over videos, and social media captions from a single topic input, and publishes them to your connected social media accounts. The Service requires a paid subscription to access core features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AllGen. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@allgen.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

AllGen offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. Founding Member pricing ($47/month) is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active — cancellation forfeits the locked rate. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge.

5. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of all content you input into AllGen (topics, voice recordings, brand assets). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through AllGen complies with the terms of service of each connected platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and applicable law.

When you connect a social media account (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), you authorize AllGen to publish content on your behalf via official APIs. You may revoke this access at any time from within the Service or directly from the platform. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from content published to your accounts.

8. Voice Profile

By uploading voice recordings, you confirm you have the right to use that voice for AI cloning purposes and that the voice belongs to you. You agree not to use AllGen to clone the voice of any other person without their explicit written consent.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service without notice in cases of abuse or technical necessity. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPSAPP AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
