AllGen ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by REPSAPP AI LLC, a Florida company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use AllGen ("the Service") at allgen.io.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe — we never store your card details
• Voice recordings: Audio files you upload to create your Founder Voice Profile — processed in memory and never stored as raw files
• Content inputs: Topics, ideas, and instructions you provide for content generation
• Platform tokens: OAuth tokens for connected social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), stored encrypted
• Waitlist email: If you joined our waitlist, we store your email address

We also collect usage data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To generate content using your Founder Voice Profile
• To publish content to your connected social platforms on your behalf
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts, launch updates)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

AllGen integrates with the following services to deliver the platform:

• Anthropic Claude API — content generation (your prompts are processed per Anthropic's data policy)
• ElevenLabs — voice cloning (your voice_id is stored encrypted; raw audio is never persisted)
• Stripe — payment processing
• TikTok, Meta, Google, LinkedIn — publishing via official APIs with your authorization
• Cloudflare R2 — secure video storage with private access only
• Sentry — error monitoring (no PII is transmitted)
• Render — cloud infrastructure

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@allgen.io. Voice profiles and OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon your request.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, HTTPS everywhere, JWT-based authentication, and argon2id password hashing. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

6. Children's Privacy

AllGen is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights
